How to Apply

Step 1 - Complete International Enrolment Form

Complete the International Enrolment Form. Send the completed form and if required, certified copies of your English language proficiency qualifications and/or certified copies of your school or academic qualifications to Australian Business Academy. At this time you will also be required to pay the non-refundable enrolment fee of $250 directly to the Australian Business Academy. Payment can be made either by direct deposit to the Australian Business Academy bank account or by credit card. Please refer to payment options for details.

Minimum entry requirements:

* Completion of Year 12 or equivalent  

* IELTS score of 5.5

Step 2 - Letter of Offer and Acceptance Declaration

Once Australian Business Academy has received your enrolment form and enrolment fee we will send you a Letter of Offer for the course in which you will be enrolled, and an Acceptance Declaration.

Step 3 - How to Accept your Offer

You must complete the Acceptance Declaration form and return this to Australian Business Academy in order to complete the application process. Full payment of tuition fees for your first semester is due to the Australian Business Academy at this time. Please note that upon payment the Acceptance Declaration will become a Tax Invoice.

You must also sign and return the Conditions of Enrolment and Code of Practice forms and return it with your Acceptance Declaration. Your application process is not complete until this has been done.

    1. Acceptance Declaration
    2. Conditions of Enrolment
    3. Code of Practice

Step 4 - Make Payment

There are several options to choose from for making payments.

1 - Bank Transfer

Students can visit their local bank branch to organise a bank transfer made to the following account. Please fax/email a receipt to Australian Business Academy and include your name and student ID number. Transfer fees must be paid for by the student.

2 - Credit Card

Only MasterCard and Visa cards are accepted by Australian Business Academy. Please use the Credit Card Payment Details section of the Acceptance Declaration / Tax Invoice attached to the Australian Business Academy Letter of Offer.

3 - Bank Cheque or Bank Draft

What next?

Once we have received your payment, we will issue a eCoE (electronic certificate of enrolment). You will need this certifcate to apply for your student visa. You will also receive access to our student information handbook that includes lots of useful information about life in Australia and what to expect at the Australian Business Academy. If you have any questions at all before you arrive in Australia, please contact our International Student Office.
