Part Time Business Management

The Academy's Diploma of Business (Management) equips students with the skills to contribute to numerous areas of a business. The course addresses the day-to-day operational issues of a business such as performance management & reward systems, planning, strategic development, communication, budgeting and record keeping. Students of the Diploma of Business (Management) also complete a group-based Management Project where they critically analyse many aspects of a chosen business' structure, systems and operations.
